Our terms and conditions for printing and binding jobs
- printy doesn´t offer historical CopyShop self-service or standby instant services, such as SB copies, single-sheet prints, scans, or FAX services.
- We do not print from Word, PowerPoint, Excel, InDesign, Affinity, LaTeX, or other application programs and files. The only implementable file formats you can submit are print-ready PDF or, better, PDF/X files!
- We do not print on foreign materials to prevent damage to the sensitive and expensive fixing modules of our high-performance rental printers.
- Our online price offer is non-binding. Changes and errors reserved. New customers’ online orders with shipping require prepayment. Our prices include the statutory VAT. For small orders under €30, we expect payment in cash. For transactions over this amount, please pay in cash or by debit or giro card. We do not accept credit cards. For small-amount invoices under €250, printy will provide a receipt with the VAT indicated when you pick up the goods using a TSE-certified cash register and will not create personalized invoice documents. We do not accept online small-quantity orders below the minimum order value of € 30 or may charge a small-quantity surcharge equal to the difference between your order value and our minimum order value of € 30. Printy is a professional digital printing service provider and not a copy shop.
- We provide EU deliveries exempt from sales tax upon provision of a valid Ust.-ID. Ident. No. with a transport document to the relevant country. In the event of a missing transport document, we require a confirmation of arrival from the client. This is proof that goods from Germany actually arrive in another EU member state. We do not deliver to non-EU countries, including Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
