New customers’ online orders with shipping require prepayment. Our prices include the statutory VAT. For small orders under €30, we expect payment in cash. For transactions over this amount, please pay in cash or by debit or giro card. We do not accept credit cards. For small-amount invoices under €250, printy will provide a receipt with the VAT indicated when you pick up the goods using a TSE-certified cash register and will not create personalized invoice documents. We do not accept online small-quantity orders below the minimum order value of € 30 or may charge a small-quantity surcharge equal to the difference between your order value and our minimum order value of € 30. Printy is a professional digital printing service provider and not a copy shop.
