Processing of unsuitable, foreign binding materials, such as coated paper or paper with counter-running fiber direction, only with reservation. Unfortunately, it is not possible to include folded plans in our softcover perfect binding. For this, metal spiral bindings are suitable.

Papers and cardboard are natural products. Due to the original material wood, paper has a fiber direction. This should be taken into account, especially with regard to the subsequent processing of folding and adhesive binding. We pay attention to this in order to achieve clean and durable results. For example: In the standard DIN A4 format, the paper fibers generally run parallel to the long edge (= SB narrow edge/long grain). Optimally, adhesive binding should be done on this long edge, corresponding to the fiber direction. This is crucial for the quality and optimal opening behavior of adhesive binding or a fold.

For small orders under €30, we expect payment in cash. For transactions over this amount, please pay in cash or by debit or giro card. We do not accept credit cards. For small-amount invoices under €250, printy will provide a receipt with the VAT indicated when you pick up the goods using a TSE-certified cash register and will not create personalized invoice documents.
